柔らかで、上品な甘さ。砂糖漬けのチェリー、アセロラ、ほんのりハーブ的なニュアンスに、茶色いスパイスも感じられる。
カリカリのソリッドなエレガンスではなく、エレガントでありながら、フレンドリー。
難解ではないが、奥深いワイン。美味しかった。
