Oct 2nd, 2016Ripe pear, green apple, some wonderful yeast, golden color tiny concentrated bubbles. 74% Pinot Noir gives it the darker color. Only available at winery but was feature on Cellar Angels so I of course pulled the trigger. Can never have enough bubbles.
