Much better than I expected and improved markedly on day two. A dry red blend of Cab, Carmenere, and Merlot with nice tannins and acidity, but a bit thin. Aroma profile started out primarily driven by dark berries and a bit of earth. With additional air, the presence of bell pepper and herbs continuously increased. And, on day two I picked up a slightly sweet raisin note, although very subtle. Medium finish.
