Fresh, elegant aromas of green apple, hint of grass, soft aromas of honey, hint of white flowers. Med body, high acid, fine bubbles, striking acidity- like biting orange- pineapple sweetness, grapefruit bitterness followed by mineral and structure. Complex, wine keep changes in my mouth. There are a layer of flavor on this wine which is very interesting to discover over the time. Delicious. Oyster with mango chutney can be perfect for this wine.

Round zesty fruit, marzipan, roasted candied spices - yow! Talk about a vintage Champagne that gets to he point. Luscious and soft, with spices and decadent fruit abounding throughout. Not super carbonated, but gets heavier with time. Pretty delicious, also good now.
