Brut Rosé 1er Cru Champagne Blend

Nice lift off to the night. Pale pink in the glass, red berry cream, bright and piercing with a tart, but not too tart, closing kick.

This is on the sweeter side and is pretty unidimensional but works as a pleasant appertif.

Magnum. Tasty.

Very nuanced and elegant rose. Alluring in its soft spoken personality.

Beautiful aromas

Chef’s table. Half bottle. Orange/salmon color. Classy. Toasted almonds. Lemon zest. Aldehydes. Cantaloupe. Yeasty. Creamy.

Been a while! This was one of my early brut rosé crushes. Could ease up on the dosage a gram or two, but damn that's good.

Cherries and yeast.

Incredibly delicate color. Just the faintest present of red fruit on the nose. Quite weighty in the palette.
