Agave Rose Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon

Awesome wine from @Benoit Touquette ! My first Jack Quinn wine. Elixir like. Not extracted, but the fruit is highlighted here in all aspects. Very fresh and pure (blackberry, fig, nutmeg) but a gripping finish (blueberries, brown sugar, plum tart).

Loads of cherry and cassis on the entry. Super smooth. Medium to full bodied, with great layers of flavor, soft tannins and a long finish. Another great wine made by Benoit Toquette.

Always a fave

I normally love this wine, but this bottle was a bit disappointing. It came across as a bit watery. The aromas and flavors were all there, but the tannins were completely missing and the mouthfeel was completely lacking. Not sure what happened here.

Another absolute winner by @Benoit Touquette ! Full-bodied, great fruit, and a velvety texture.
