I used to think JC only made budget wines in a big factory. I recently saw the winery in Barossa and it is big but this isn’t a budget wine. An impressive nose and heart warming body. Love it!

Lighter than a lot of Shiraz. Thought it was good for the price. Good fruit, oak was restrained, I would buy it again.

Not my style, a bit too dry and no fruit. But it does go well with the braised pork ribs.
