Clear, salmon color with delicate bubbles and a creamy mousse. Vibrant aromas and flavors of bing cherry, cranberry, strawberry tart, and fresh brioche. Bright acidity with a medium + finish.

Nav. Medium salmon hue. Fairly neutral nose (could be the crap glass I am drinking this out of) - light intensity of berries and bready notes. On the palate, more concentration - red fruits, hints of coffee bean. Light moose. Not much length here. Good clean crisp acidity. Refreshing.

waitrose gbp 35 (but on sale for gbp 30 often). bought to try it out and turned out to be a winner. like a blanc de blanc, (I usually say blanc de blanc tastes like one night stands) but this one stays like a hug. I don't like moet, my favorite is billecart salmon but this is like the little sister.
