What a lovely bottle. I'd put it at just about the halfway mark between fruity and dry, which I'm finding is actually quite rare in the world of NV Champers. There's a very pleasing dryness with just a slight minerality and yeastiness on the front end and refreshing finish of green apple and citrus. Nothing too complex, but thoroughly enjoyable all the way through. Did I mention the bubbles? Tiny and aggressive, just like I like 'em. An absolute steal at the $35 I paid for it. 91 points.
