Having tasted the NV offerings from Selosse, this was a huge step up - amazing depth with pineapple and other tropical fruits - a very memorable drop!

This was way to yeasty for a blanc de blanc. I don't think this was a good example of what selosse does. Cork was good. Aroma very mineral. Small bubbles. Heavy toast.
