Mysterious stuff. Vinous, rosy, oh so autolytic. After an hour Crabtree & Evelyn soap, lavender, and so much yeast. A stiff-upper lip with a Viennese flare

Never really opened up. Interesting - cherry candy nose, with some lemon peel, very subtle notes of leesiness. Palate is dominated by lemon juice acidity. Just didn't have the complexity or stuffing I was expecting.
