Dizy - Terres Rouges Rosé Brut Champagne Pinot Noir

Had other bottles a few years ago and was spectacular- this was a bit faded but still pretty tasty with strawberry and cola showing.

Very linear and delicious. Great acidity and peach and cherry tastes in the core. So good.

Ace. Assertive, no-nonsense nose of raspberry, cherry extract and peach. Pure, crunchy red cherry and just-ripe blackberry hints on the palate, with driving acidity and punchy right through the drying finish. A rosé that calls the shots.

Dark rose nice acidity and raspberry nose

Lovely dense strawberries on the nose. Some yeast. Palate is fresh strawberries. A kiss of pleasant bitterness.

Dark pink color, red currant nose... sweet ? Nope this is dry and subtle...

linear and piercing acidity with a ripe nose of fresh raspberry. Not much autolysis. A bit more of a sparkling Bourgogne Rouge than a classic champagne but pleasing nonetheless.

Super champagne. Off limits. Prachtige after diner champagne.
