Dark red/purple. Love the nose. Dark cherries and some red fruit. Some oak and warm earthy notes. Also some tobacco/cigar box. After drinking a lot of white wine for summer this smells sooo good. Smells like Christmas. Med+ tannin, med+ alc. med acid. Black currant, cherry, maybe a little plum, some oak, and spices. Good flavor and balance but I like the smell more than the flavor. Wouldn't hurt to age some.
