Great for any time of day, mimosas or stand alone. Best of for price point. Crisp Apple, Toast and Sea Shells. Warm start crisp finish. Definitely buy again for a party, not a special event Cava.

This was a surprise for the price! It wasn't as dry (brut) as expected; yet it was clean and well balanced flavored for the champagne. We really liked it. Great New Years celebratory champagne! Will purchase more and set it aside for another occasion.
