Nov 12th, 2018Now here’s a wine that exceeded expectations, and I had high hopes! Wow. Nose is brimming with blueberry and vanilla notes and the palate absolutely gushes with brambly fruit and a long, fresh (and refreshing) finish. Getting more of this!

Not sure which exact Jax Cabernet was part of wine flight. Nose: sweet cherry, syrup, cola, chocolate. Taste: cherry cola, lighter tannins, earth, good development, occasionally sharper finish. Flavors a little sweeter than preference.
