Primarily Pinot Noir. Beautiful pink color. Fruit forward aromas and flavors of strawberry.and peaches. Hints of saline and mineral. Intense fruit is balanced by similarly intense acidity. Clean finish. Crisp and refreshing. Revisited in August 2025. Just excellent. Rating up!

A touch more fruit driven than I expected for a brut, tasted like a semi-sec but was very tasty sparkling.

Nose is full of strawberry, peach, minerality and salinity. On the palate, the fruits are confirmed. Bubbles are tight and uniform. Dry strawberry is present from the start and finishes with a crisp and clean minerality.
