Côtes du Jura Poulsard Blend

Really sublime on the nose with fragile red berries and faint floral hints, a tiny VA-addition and some spicy pan fried dried herbs as well. Light and airy on the palate with substantial length thanks to its tart berry profile and brisk yet integrated acidity. Very refined and definitely age-worthy too.

Quite the easy drinker. Thin and lithe with earthy raspberries, violet spice, hints of red currants and supple yet fluttering tannins. Some real Thursday night shit.

1995 vintage. Amazingly vivid and so beautifully crafted. Ultra-classic in the best sense of the word.

Could drink this every night. Delicious. Stone fruit. Candied peach. Brandy showing through beautifully.
