Côtes du Jura Savagnin

White peach, gooseberry, cave minerals, cigar box, sprite, and fry grease on the nose. Juicy stone fruit, minerally cave-aged mild hard cheese, tobacco spice, ginger ale and white pepper lingering on a thin but medium long finish. Very complex and interesting; fantastic value.
