This has incredible aromas of hay, grapefruit, quince, and flint. Very good acidity and suited to pair with oysters, light fish, and salads. This is a welcome addition to a hot Mid-Atlantic day and the start of the weekend!

Been a long time since I had Didier's wine, but this was excellent and paired extremely well with both bone marrow and quail!
