Great sous voile blend from ganevat. Intensely aromatic, with sea spray, fermented peach, grapefruit, hay and mint. On the palate, it had great structure and did not taste overly oxidative

Insane goodness with compte and aged Gouda....

2007. Almond skin and hazelnuts, but over a background of fresh lime juice. Pretty delicious, but not the best way to start a meal.
