Takes about an hour in the decanter to open up and then a pristine, extremely pretty wine emerges. Very enjoyable aperitif by one of the masters of Jura. Matched with charcuterie and fleur du marquis cheese from Corsica.

Snapping acidity, no noteworthy tannin structure, featherweight body, juicy-silky texture, mineral driven, juicy-peppery-slightly gamey finish. Highly evolved in glass, drinks more like a white or rosé. Undercover complexity.
