Classic Jura funkiness. Very nice aromas. Tart cherry taste with lots of juiciness. Very nice. Love it.

2011 En Billat. Seriously reductive at first but with strong acidity. Popped it and let it "Audoze" for ~1hr. Still reductive. Decanted it. Then those reductive notes pivoted to a subtle tart cherry, lacy and floral yet semi-carbonic character.
