Needed cheese rather than crab despite melted butter indulgence. Rich, extravagant, and some briny, saline inflections. However, not as much pop, cut, as anticipated. A good wine, but not spectacular for Ganevat.

Everything I love from topped-up Jura Chard. Crystalline freshness, some minerality and a nice touch of honey. Bright and energetic stuff.

One of my favorite wines. Perfect no sulfur chard! Lees, cream, vanilla, citrus, and that round heady no sulfur character. Delicious!
