Opulent tropical fruit on the nose, pineapple sweets, hay, tarragon and juicy citrus. Palate has a clean mineral feel, less weight than the tunnel wines and with snappier green apple fruit but along side riper peach and underripe apricot with apricot skin tannins on the finish.

Might be good with oily fish like mackerel- heavy peach and red apple notes - dry. Also good with braised chickens with apricots
