Grand CaRUbian. We love Chablis and some day, before the money runs out, we are going to have a Chablis slip & slide. Mouths open. So good.

Very rich and great mouthfeel. Would have guessed Chassagne if it was blind.

Roasted sesame, cooked apple, light honey, touch orange.
Med body, nice oak, apple, fresh sesame, touch Angelica palate. Veeeery long buttermilk and rubber finish.

crisp and fresh. Tastes like spring. Veal chop and rice.

Completely off. Medium plus acid and strong oak influence, but not over done. Somewhat tart, crushed rock, and lemon curd. Toasted marshmallow and malo, but good acidity. I guessed new world Chardonnay. Wines of California, Jon Bonné style.
