Smooth and crisp. Had some time on the lees. Apple and pear with some grapefruit followed by some relaxed yeasty notes. Great dinner party starter. Acid and citrus notes take it to the next level.

Lovely nose. 5.5 grams of sugar. Cakey, spice, baking spices. Lovely cut. Good creaminess. Very fine mousse. Juicy and nice fruit.

This is good. Bought a while back at Astor on sale. For the price it knocks the socks off higher priced big name competition. Went well with Black Sea bass.
