From Doris Christmas at May 2021. Had 2018 on 5/22/2021. Sultry, thicker than Burg. Breyers mint ice cream in nose with violet floral. Steroidal strength and structure compared to our usual upslope Côte d’Or. Zero tannin. Too much residual sugar.
