An interesting experience. It's probably good with meat dishes. Maybe steak. Opened up a lot after some aeration. It's not fruity, but it's definitely a quality wine.

Red raspberry, red and black currant, star anise, red pepper, black pepper. Well balanced, slight sweetness and medium bodied. Very very lovely.
