Reminiscent of a lemon curd frosty--if such a thing existed. White honey attack with pleasant barnyard notes. Subtle effervescent rock candy finish with hints of gravel. Excessive sweetness the only thing really holding it back.

Classic. Huge fruit and acids. Dramatic for sure yet authentically light and Mosel.
