Bernkasteler Badstube Auslese Riesling

Soft acidity, medium level sweetness. Rather traditional (old-fashioned?) in style.
Harmonious and well balanced, certainly. All in all, a tad too shy and shallow in its appleskin and Ginger Ale profile.

Petrol and a little effervescence.

The acid has fallen a bit behind, but the minerality and honeyed steeliness still shine underneath. Lovely development, but it's ready now.

Funny, funky nose. Indifferent palate, no finish. Off-bottle? NR.
