Clear, still, no sediment, straw colored. Crisp citrus, apple, pear with slate and a hint of petrol. Fruity with some residual sugar and good acidity. Well-balanced, but young. It will shine in another 8-10 years.

Feb 26th, 2019Absolutely gorgeous! Ripe, fleshy pear & peaches in light syrup, a touch of star thistle honey. Delicate, soft herbaceousness: coriander, basil flowers, ripe papaya skin/fiber. Soooo lovely.

Lots of brighter white fruit and some classic petrol on the nose - lychee. Supremely in balance with the sweetness and acidity working well together. Cooler vineyard, SW facing.
