Really good wine. Was savory and meaty with a solid tannic backbone and some sweet fruit on day 1. Day 2 it was more traditional Cabernet with fruit and spice but without as much of the meaty component.

Unique showing from the Emerald State! Let this wine open up for at least 30 minutes to reveal subtle leather, gushy fruit, cigar box, vanilla, really like what it showed without dropping a bomb of tannins. Would like to get more and set aside.
