I agree with previous comments about this wine. Saline and dry stone minerality dominate at first. There's also a hint of fresh cut oak. The fruit only comes in later, with green apple, melon and citrus. The lemony acidity makes it a good match for the right foods. I had it with spaghetti and lots of aromatics, and clams steamed in the selfsame wine. Delicious. This wine gives a Chablis experience at a very reasonable price. It's in Costco these days,
