Watching the Grammys 1.28.18 drinking this 2005 beauty. Palette-Green apple, petrol lemon rind. Nose- stinky flower smell like Lily’s....ripe pear.
Jack paired this last night at Burgundy dinner at the Lex w/ Assiete of Veal Chau-froid, green apple mustard, watercress, veal tongue & sweetbreads.
