2011 vintage. With my wife. The wine was medium lemon in colour and offered hints of white flowers, citrus, lemon, apple, hints of white stone fruits and flintstone on the nose. On the palate the wine showed citrus, lemon, unripe green apple, flintstone and a mild saltiness, paired with medium-plus, slightly tart acidity and good length. The medium-bodied wine became juicier and juicier as time passed. A solid Chablis that drank well, though I typically prefer mine with a little more age, maybe a year or two. 87+
