A great, classic Pinot from Russian River. A lot of strawberry on the nose...cranberry, strawberry slight red cherry in the flavor, and a whisper of earthy minerality. Love the cloudiness.

The 89 Point CT average ratings given to this bottle are a travesty. This bottle is much more deserving. Definitely not your fruit in the face Pinot. This is more of a dried red fruit, pie spice in the middle, very long finish kind of pinot. The fruit is ever-present, just in a different kind of way . This is more of a brambly type of pinot, yet remaining rather soft from the front to the finish. Rather intriguing, and left you guessing from the start to the finish. If I had another case of this, I would consider myself unworthy!
