Weird. You really need to be prepared to drink this wine. We opened 3 bottles for turkey at thanksgiving and we’re not happily surprised by its flavour. It grew on us, but definitely on the weirder side of Jura wines. Strong green apple and sherry flavour without the body to follow. Falls a bit flat.
