Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon

Fruit forward with black and red fruits, moderate tannins, enough acid to hold together so not too flabby. Med finish. Entry wine for Justin winery, would like more!

Good to taste the 2015. Very good, but can use some aging.

Has leg, not much length but has an oaky, dark cherry, cinnamon and ripe plum taste. A bit more pricey than I’d usually pay for (bought it because Justin is my son’s name).😊

Loved this wine. Bright, juicy, lush red berries and cherry. Low tannin. Cocoa finish.

good Paso Cab. Great every day Cab experience; wouldn’t save it for a special occasion. Definitely would drink again.

Pop n pour. A little sugary sweet. A crowd pleaser wine but not much in the structure or finesse department. Ok as a backup on Thursday night but I’d stick with the Isosceles if you’re looking at Justin cabs.
