The Vino Rosso is 75% Cabernet & 30% Sangiovese. On the nose, beautiful dark & mid red floral, candied fruits, dark, sweet, rich turned earth, dry rock, a touch of pyrazine, smoke, blue fruit notes and fresh & dry florals. On the palate the fruits are a little funky earthy. Blackberries, dark cherries, plum, black raspberries, smoke, grilled meats, leather, dry rock & stones, underbrush, violets and rose. Round acidity and leaner style dry finish.
