Classic well structured Cab Sauvignon at 7 years entering the twilight zone- clean and expressive flavours of cedar tobacco and pencil shavings and earthy traits . This seems to be developing better than 2018 which I must try again for comparison.

Mar 27th, 20262019 Cabernet Sauvignon and @ 6 years this should be in the right spot but seems to probably require a few more years to be optimal. However, after awhile it was more opened and displayed typical Kanonkop hallmarks.
