This fresh Columbia Valley Riesling is easy-drinking and smooth. Predominant flavors are, predictably, Apples, pears, and honeysuckle. The sugars are closer to dry than sweet. It was an ideal accompaniment to Southwest style turkey-stuffed poblanos.

From KJ via his wine subscription box. Not a very sweet wine for a Riesling, but very drinkable - almost like halfway between a Sauv Blanc and Riesling. Liked a lot.
