Top Notes For
Sipping Fine Wine

Today I tried their Meredith Mitchell Vineyard offering. Deep red color with purple edges. The nose shows off aromas of black and red fruits with earthy and spice notes. The complex palate brings forth sweet black raspberry and cherry fruit, vanilla and firm big tannins. The wine had a lingering finish but improved after being opened for an hour. Better to wait a few years.

I liked this wine but it isn't totally my style. This is a big muscular pinot. Multi layered though which kept me sipping.
