aromas of peach, stone, green apple, grass, some lemon
flavors: nice round mouthfeel but still with pointed acidity.... stone, fresh green apple, peach, tiny bit of urine, steel. refreshing and clean.

Had it with Cod at the garden at Sea Grill, others had oysters and various fish... Very good, fresh and poignant, perfect for seafood and hot weather.
