3 years since last bottle from this case. Just opened and cellar cool: Intense aromas of cherry, almost at a Dr. Pepper level. Smooth,slightly grippy tannins on the front and side of the tongue. Earthy but tart. Delicious. An hour later, dried cherries, blueberries and garrigue and mint.

Dec 16th, 2017Love this wine. Gives anything out out of the Southern Rhône a run. Great balance of fruit and garrigue and tannins. Sage and Oregano in there with the blueberry and plum? Or maybe that's dinner influencing the wine. But really great either way.
