This wine pours a dark ruby-purple. It ha s a nice floral nose with just a little alcohol. It has very good body- a bit of chewiness. There are flavors of baked cocoa, strawberries, currant and maybe dates. Nice tannins and dryness. There’s plenty of forward fruit making it different from the Left Bank blends it’s modeled on. Another Costco wine punching well above it’s weight class. For $11, you get a $20-$30 wine. Definitely rebuying this one.
