Deep purple in color. Smells like blackberries and plums on the nose with a hint of oak. Moderate acidity, bold tannins with a long finish. Tastes like dark cherries and blueberries. Not bad. Nellie didn't like it.

Black fruit, especially black cherries and blackberries with some anise. Great with a hearty dish. High tannins, needs a long decanting.
