A delightful Malbec; Jammie but not overbearing. Great balance. No adverse reactions. Thank you Costco.

Enjoyed another Kirkland Malbec vintage 2020 on February 24,2023

Kirkland wines are garbage.

Not terrible, but I'm not a fan.

Too light bodied. Not sure how this scored 92 points with James Suckling. It literally has no flavor to it. It tastes like purple tannin water.

I'm far from a wine expert, but it's not worthy of that rating.

Plum, cherry, oak spice. Aged in French oak barrels.

Nose: vinegar (uh-oh) and raspberry. A little baking spice in the background; cardomom? Can also smell the wood.

Taste: forgettable. Sweet cherry and little else - maybe a little fig on the finish. Slightly acetone. Ehh. 78.

Better than I expected. A perfectly reasonable every day wine for the price.
