Pretty good for $36. I’d get it again. Needs more time in the bottle. Was much better in the second day.

Nov 20th, 2017Interesting brown/red color. Incredibly smooth especially considering the high alcohol content. Earthy, mineral taste with a slight acidic finish.

Sometimes the Signature series has outstanding value. I did not think this one lived up to that. I bought Chianti Classico Riserva for half the price Castelgreve 2011 that was better. Sometimes i feel a winery sells off some grapes instead of declassifying them.
