Not nearly as wordy as the 30 year tawny from some other houses. Kopke has pronounced flavors of dried fig, dried apple, dried orange peel, caramel, praline, pecan, and walnut. High acidity very well balanced with the rich fruit and sweetness. Very long finish. Outstanding.
