Absolutely breathtaking pinot noir. Pours light in color but fully loaded in fruit and complexity. Is that cherry cola on the finish?

This was a very balanced Pinot. Just then right red fruit. Acidity was mellow. It was fun to experience the change over the course of the evening. Was amazing with pork and a bit of mustard.
